They did a nice job setting up the alternate universe. Smith and Edgerton did good work. Ultimately this is a formulaic buddy cop movie set in a world with magic. Lethal Weapon meets Alien Nation. Very disappointing ending. Warning-- much more graphic violence than I expected. Sadly, for a Netflix original, this one is relatively good.

Started out with a good hook and cemented the lead character as the victim. The movie went from there to become ridiculous in the middle and simply stupid at the end. Disappointing effort with a sleek look.
