I a really wanted to like this show but I guess Smallville set the bar so high. Especially in casting Lois Lane. Lois was always a smart, spunky and fun lady - in this version she is a Debby-Downer. The writing really failed Lois Lane here, as well as the actress who brought the same blah she did to Grimm.
