I Have been watching your morning programme quite a lot recently as I am sure many others are doing during Lockdown. So here is something from me to add to it. I noted this weekend that 'Domestic Abuse' cases have risen by 120% during the coronovirus lockdown. I for one saw this was going to happen. I am not happy about the 'Domestic Abuse' advert being shown on TV of late. It is high time people that put these adverts together realised that the whole world is made up of more than one 'Gender' and Domestic Abuse occurs within all Gender relationships. It is not only women who suffer, 'MEN' do too. If you are aware of someone, anyone, MEN, WOMEN and CHILDREN who are suffering silently in a relationship which is 'Abusive', or if you have not seen or heard from someone who you know is in an abusive relationship then speak to the police and voice your concerns, whatever you say will be confidentially treated. You could save a life, even your own or that of a child. I fear that for some victims of this awful crime, it could already be too late and only when this lockdown is over will the horrors come to light. Kind regards Violet J Lattimer
