I've loved the story of Robin Hood since I read the book as a child, and I've seen every movie - so I couldn't wait for this premiere! I can't say I was disappointed, but I wasn't captivated - it didn't come close to either the Sean Connery or Kevin Kosner versions. Personally didn't care for the actor who played Robin - he didn't fit the part - but I enjoyed Jamie Fox as the Moor, and the actor who played Friar Tuck. The director was so busy setting up an obvious sequel that he missed key points such as the community established and the relationships forged in Sherwood Forest. I paid twice to see The Hate U Give - I wouldn't pay to see this again...
