This is an incredible looking, delicious movie. I'd read a bunch of critic reviews and I'm very glad — and not at all surprised — that I enjoyed Mortal Engines immensely despite their bad-mouthings. Sure it's flawed and predictable, but so what? It's so cool looking I'm going back for another viewing to revel in the visual details. And maybe I'll even do a third, critics be damned and kudos to the filmmakers.
