Although the consonance between the sonnets and Rosalind’s fantasy about a threesome including two men and herself as author is not stressed, the book can be seen as a reading of Shakespeare’ sonnets.

This police procedural features a dogged detective — no surprise there — and one of most despicable rapist/murderers I have ever seen. The surprise is that Michael Compston of “Line of Duty” is the smiling, snarling, serial raper/killer. Highly recommended.

It turns out that Meghan has worked for social change, especially in lives of women. I also didn’t know that Harry had been in the Army for ten years and had become no one’s fool about regular people. They seem somewhat world weary as they reach middle age but clearly love one another
It a smart thing to have done.
