You would think that after almost 40 years at Warner Brothers, Daffy Duck would have fresher jokes. This juvenile parody of a very mature movie is as bland as soda water and about as limp as a greasy spoon's parsley. If this was supposed to be funny, then I totally missed the joke. After theatrical cartoons more or less died out in the early 1960s, only Warner Brothers and Walt Disney tried to revive the art form in the late 1980s. While Walt Disney brought us a fresh new character in Roger Rabbit, Warner Brothers decided to hang onto their old cast of characters and apparently the old gags too. I'd avoid this all together and look up the Looney Tunes, Merrie Melodies ultimate collection. (Available for free download on Internet Archive)
