At the end of this movie I cried not because of the ending, but because they took one of my favorite books of all time and made a watered down cinema version. I think you can tell this movie was very low budget, which made me really upset. I don’t think the actors understood their roles either, to me it seems like neither of the actors had even read the book (especially finch) Finch in this movie in absolutely no way represents the way I picture him. At all seriously at all. Not because of his appearance!! Not at all that, but simply the calm neutral vibe he gives off. Finch in the book is impulsive, goofy, wild, you picture him off the wall and the actor in no way portrays that. Super upsetting, if you have read the book you probably know where I’m coming from.
