I think the movie is pretty confusing. You can't point out what really happened. It was of Belly's imagination (as at the end says I like writing stories), if no, why she was seeing her mother alive? If so, was she married? What's the point she got back 16 years later? What happened to her husband and son? Were they part of imagination too? Was she a psycho?
