Campaign is small and not that interesting. Takes less then 6 hours to complete, 24 hours for all collectables. Can complete the game whilst earning as little as $800,000 so money is scarce unless you want to grind. Day and night feature is good. Cars drive well, tuning is good. Graphics are excellent. Lots of customisation, and good community customisation too. Police chases are fun and have risk which is great. Issues with difficulty, even on hard, it's not hard. Your car can match opponents stats in career and they arent challenging.
