I am underwhelmed. The music was good but I was really hoping for the original music to be more intertwined. I wanted to see more of Jane and Michael referencing their youth. Emily Blunt just doesn’t work as Mary Poppins. She was too tight and her voice was far too upper crust. Dick Van Dyke was SPECTACULAR. Along with Angela Lansbury. The ending with the balloons—crazy fabulous!
