I don't understand why gertrude is petrayed as someone to forgive. She deserved life sentence/the death penalty. She was a disgusting person and shouldnt have been allowed out of prison like she was.
Sylvia was young and innocent. This story is disturbing and I honestly dont think sylvia got the justice she deserved.
