I felt compelled to write this and hopefully the producers will read this and realize what these women are allowed and not allowed to report. I have stopped watching this show because Whoopi and Joy make my stomach turn. I was in the phone today and abc was on. So when I got off the phone, I look up and there is the view. I caught something very interesting. McCain made a comment on her feelings about Michael Jackson and in her ear the producers corrected her so that she included the word “alleged” was put in her conversation. She said I hear you, but this is what I believe. So, my question is, how do you allow the other women to say what they do? And as I am writing this, Joy comes out with the fact that Colton is NOT a virgin. Who is she to make this statement. Your show confuses me. You allow verbage to crank ratings. The view is a poor excuse for a program. I know the lovers of your show will pick this comment apart, but does that surprise me? No, that’s what they do to people who don’t agree with them. Unfortunately, Barbra Walters, after you left, the show has been in the toilet and does not treat people and feelings and ideas quality which I thought was the backbone of this show. Barbara, you are a class act, the view, not so much
