Whilst I tend to give most films either indie or mainstream the benefit of the doubt and attempt to seek the positive elements, this film had very little to offer. However, lead actress Jessica Brown Findlay, and male leads Sean Harris, John Lynch and John Heffernan provided excellent performances which kept me engaged and persistent in finishing this often tedious film. The plot was for the most part unique but it's impact failed on delivery. Certainly not the worst horror film I've viewed, but far from the best. Worth watching if you appreciate the slow-burn kinds of films but as stated earlier, not great.

This low budget slasher manages to follow every single trope of its genre, quite possibly by intention to please fans, with no more than one or two decent performances. 3/10.

Mary Poppins Returns is a lighthearted homage to the orriginal 1964 Classic that stands as a decent sequel on its own Merritt’s. However, unanswered quandaries abundant and frustrating supporting antagonists set the mood for slight annoyance. 7/10

Is this M Night Shyamalan's best work? No. Is it his worst? Far from it. Let's not forget The Last Airbender. The Happening still has it's creepy moments with a half decent cast just conveying poorly written dialogue.

Jackie Brown is an underrated crime flick overshadowed by other Tarantino classics (Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction) definitely worth the watch.
