Horrible customer help service. I had accumulated some gold collectibles and had them in a set to try to complete a master set player. Although i hadn't finished the set by the end of the event, i had lost all of the gold collectibles. So i tried the chat for the help he sent me steps for trouble shooting, it didn't work, so i then waited for a call from a customer help person and after one hour of waiting and telling him my situation he tells me that they're gone and theres nothing he can do about it because in 2011 NHL game they specified that if you put them in the set you have to take them out before the end of the event. Ridiculous customer service.
