They should change the title to "Americans Cooking Barbecue with Unnecessary Criticisms from Melissa" 😂 Why would you make the contestants feel miserable? Melissa was very mean to everyone in the show as if she invented barbecue. It's like it would hurt her to say one good thing about the concept of the contestants. Sure, some of the players may not be that experienced, but giving them equipment that they don't know how to operate is concerning. She could've corrected the contestants when it comes to food safety but instead snickered and rolled her eyes. She must've inhaled too much smoke from the pit that her speaking voice sounded like a 125-year old shaman. The hosts were useless and looks like they were only staying there to stay for food tasting. I am still angry at Melissa while typing this. Lol
