It was a nice idea, but it could’ve been executed better. There were a lot of plot holes, including Claire’s mom NOT BEING IN THE HOSPITAL, Del licking a toad and randomly hallucinating for like 10 minutes, and more. For being the one of the main love interests, Elliott was not very present in the movie. Overall, two stars. A nice sentiment, and a nice idea, but a very poor execution.
