I liked this one far better than the first. Having not read the books and looking at it from a film buff perspective, I thought it was pretty cliche, but whereas in the first movie they were genuinely trying to make it seriously good (and falling short), in After We Collided the directors embraced the feedback from After and had a lot more fun. This sequel was more steamy, and funny. It really seemed more like the characters and actors were having fun. There were a few dropped plotlines, and I wished Trevor (Dylan Sprouse) had more screentime.
