Does Joy Behar get paid by each word she utters? Is there a quota she needs to meet? I am currently watching The View (02/11/19) and she overtalks everyone else on the panel. When Meghan McCain tried to express her opinion, Ms. Behar accused Ms. McCain of having a "hissy fit". I find that whenever Whoopi Goldberg is gone and Joy Behar heads the panel, it is chaotic. Meghan McCain has class. I find that Whoopi Goldberg provides a guiding hand, Joy Behar seems to be a bully whenever she is in "charge". Perhaps consider rotate who is in the head chair when Whoopi is off?
