If entertainment is your aim, then this film does not disappoint. Expect to squirm in your seat. Blumhouse makes sure of that. Squirm in a good way though. :)
Vince Vaughn was terrific, the rest of the cast hits the mark as well. There are plenty of memorable moments. From the goofy, the awkward, and the downright scary. (The Old Mill party that was lavishly decorated for a spur of the moment idea, and the big hands kissing scene, and anytime Vince Vaughn had an obstacle in his way... like a door... or a wall... or a person!)
Also, I despise gore and this movie had its fair share; but it was there for satirical effect and overdone on purpose so it did not stick with you... like nightmare gore... if that makes sense.
The movie was thrilling and entertainment-packed.
Please make more mindless, (not dumb), entertaining, films!
P.S.: Great date movie! :)
