A terrible message barely disguised in a bad movie. I have not read any reviews for this movie but I am quite progressive and 100% pro choice but this movie is awful. In this movie an attractive young woman is tricked into pregnancy by an incredibly dim witted and morally corrupt Christian, so she inexplicably needs to take a long road trip with her heavy set lesbian friend to get an abortion. This embarrassing knock off of Ferris Buehlers day off completely misses the mark by oversimplifying and making light of abortion. I’m pro choice and this turned me off big time. I’m sure it’s a hit with critics and the far far left, but is a major miss for mainstream Americans.
