Highly entertaining and pleasing movie. Although some of the action scenes were cheesy, and somewhat unrealistic, it wasn't over the top and well captured the humor that Ryan Reynolds always brings to any of his films. Overall an amazing movie and would definitely recommend seeing, Although action packed and still kinda kept you on the edge of your seat, the humor and light mood of the overall movie was rather relaxing and humorous. Id say excellent work by both Michael Bay, and Ryan Reynolds. Overall id say 85%.

Definitely refreshing seeing Chris Hemsworth outside of a Marvel movie. This movie is a well written, well directed piece of art. Although the context of Tyler Rake is rather limited with his past from the beginning, it does a nice subtle way of letting us in and giving us all the information we the audience would need by the end of the film. The acting was excellent done by Chris Hemsworth, and most of the children used in this film. It well depicts the action scenes with graphic injuries that not only look real, Chris Hemsworth acted really well acting like he was genuinely hurt throughout the movie. The entire idea and concept of this movie to try and save this boy, even after being told not to, just shows even further that when a man has nothing to loose, pain means nothing. Although making a sequel may be hard, I think making a sequel with the similar idea of this movie would definitely go appreciated, however I understand how some movies are better left at one hit wonders

A very much sexualized film, and although overall I did enjoy it, I felt like that's all it was. I would have liked to see more of a backstory. I think the idea of the movie and getting kidnapped and not running to the cops is pretty cheesy, however I also understand that some freaks out there have that weird turn-ons. Overall id give this movie a 70%. I am looking forward to seeing the sequel to this movie to maybe help shed some light where the first one left off. However definitely puts 50 Shades Of Grey to shame

Overall another great movie performed by Will Smith. Although someone with super human "Powers" it does a great job of breaking him down to the core and realize that he is just as human as the rest of us. Shows a great progression of his life and trying to do the right thing after his life is in the gutter. Although some of the graphics were a little cheesy, a great movie for its time. Many movies are really cheesy in regards to the "Bad guy turns good by finding his hope" and although that is exactly what it is or the whole "with great power comes great responsibility", this movie depicts that really well without overdoing it and being super cheesy by displaying temptation, and falling off the wagon a few times, but overall turning to be a functioning member of society. Overall id give this movie 80% but still one of my preferred watched movies.

This movie I find to be superior compared to many movies out there, let alone one of Will Smiths best movies ever created touching on a very personal connection while the movie indicates very little human interaction. For those of you that have seen this movie, I think we can all say we even grew a bond to the Dog more and more through the movie. It touched really well on the realism of a post apocalyptic world and being alone, to the point of talking to a manikin. Not many Gripes in regards to this movie aside from the alternate ending. The alternate ending was rather cheesy, and although many may have liked it being all peaceful, that just wasn't for me, however with the survival of the alternate ending, I would be greatly pleased if we could see a sequel of this movie. Overall I would give this movie a 95% rating (70% w/ alternate ending) and overall one of my favorite movies to date. A definite must see.
