Are the prisoners real? I dont have much hope for the rehabilitation of the prisoners when they are encouraged to intimidate and abuse children while serving their sentences. They seem to me and probably their victims to be having a good time. I dont think prisoner reform programs use abuse and intimidatation, so why do it to children. And I didn't know child abuse is legal once a parent signs a waiver? shame on you all.
