The best thing of Lupt is its story and its direction. You don't get to see many horror movies with good storyline. This movie manages to entertain audience with its decent story and edge of the seat thrill. The atmosphere is dark and mysterious and some scenes are genuinely scares you. While it's a good thing the directors of he film Prabhuraj didn't rely on cheap jump scares, but kept the film story going by extracting good performances from actors. Special mention here is Jaaved Jaaferi who gave his best after long time. I think this is the only film he plays intense father. Another actor who brilliantly performed was Vijay Raaz. His dialogues are very well written. I wanted to see more of Vijay Raaz. Rishab Chadha also gives good performance. Meenakshi is nice and other have given their best. Niki Walia is best in some scenes. Just the boyfriends character was not convincing for me. Over all good movie very well directed.
