To be honest, I am not much of a TV watcher. But I find myself tuning in to shows during breaks in my work-from-home situation in this time of COVID-19. Lovecraft Country is, from my limited experience, the weirdest, most frightening show on HBO since True Blood. I have not read the book, so I have no idea what to expect, except that I never know what's next. It is truly satisfying: exciting, weird, and unpredictable.
