Ann shows the great changes that come with a diagnosis of celiac disease and also the pain of eating wheat, even by accident, after the body is clear of gluten. I would highly recommend this book to all who need to understand the challenges of gluten-free foods. Wonderful recipees are included at the end. This would be a welcome gift for someone with these concerns.
