I’m a big Marvel fan of the movies for a while, I have been somewhat disappointed by this film. It didn’t end the Marvel saga the way i felt it was needed, Infinity War was a great movie and probably in my opinion a better movie than endgame. Infinity War has character arches and loss in the movies. Some may say that Tony Stark had finished his character arch when sacrificing himself for the universe but we already see him doing these things twice in the other Avengers movies, its just nothing new. Endgames whole time travel plot is really confusing and brings so many questions too the table. I completely scraped other time travel ideas and made a new ideal time travel, but that leads to confusion about what happens in other time lines and what it really means to mess up a timeline. Professor hulk is a bad character. We don’t get much context from him and he’s really just thrown in there. What about Hulks problems in Infinity War? Where did that go? Fat Thor isn’t great either, although the motivation is alright Thor shouldn’t of taken the blame for anything. Well ya he didn’t aim for the head but Star Lord ruined the first plan, Captain America wouldn’t risk Visions life, and there are many more situations that could’ve prevented Thanos decimating half the universe. Fat Thor had many opportunities to even get himself help but he decided to isolate himself which over the span of 5 years which is unrealistic. May I also mention the 5 year jump. Its great that we got to see the world that Thanos had created, but 5 years is really maybe too much. A 1 to 2 year jump would’ve been much better. Than there is Time Travel and Quantum Jumping, which is still pretty confusing on how Thanos’s entire ship got into modern New York. They weren’t seen picking up or creating any Pim Particles. Captain Americas final ending doesn’t make sense due to the fact that him going back in time would change the timeline and make a different one so it doesn’t make sense to have him in the end of the film greeting Sam. The big battle scene was intense and good but its unrealistic how Thanos held off all three of the main avengers. Although it’s soon to be a year from the premier, I’ve always had this thought in mind and just decided to share my perspective on the this subject now.
