Please read! Yes I am only 14 however I've been into racing since before I could walk so I at least know what I'm talking about to a pretty good degree. I played assetto corsa and it was great. Over the span of about 4 years I learned loads and loads of new techniques and also improved my race craft. So as you would imagine I was hunting about for the all new competizione. And when loaded I was met with a very cluttered menu compared to the old game. But once I set everything up and jumped in I was quite happy. Graphics where good and the car sounded good. I then realised there isn't a way to turn off tc and abs altogether. You have to do it in setup which is very annoying however I kept going. I then did a few laps, got brakes tyres ect up to Temps. I then became not annoyed at first but disappointed. The game felt exactly like project cars. A game that had very brutal physics and would give you the death penalty every time you got the car a little sideways. I did a lot of drifting in the old assetto game while I wasn't racing so I know how to throw cars about in sim games pretty well. But this game, different story. The cars understeer a lot, if they do turn in then the begin to go a little bit sideways, no problem. You just put on a little bit of opposite lock and boom you've got massive snap oversteer. No point in trying to save it cause you already damaged something and you lost about 18 seconds because of the auto clutch for pulling away. The game does not give you confidence to push at all which means not long after you start you get cramp in your hands from the kung fu death grip you've had on the wheel for the past 6 minutes. I know some of you may be laughing but seriously that's what it's like. Had it less than 24 hours and already deleted it to go back to the old game. I have no idea why the developers decided to get rid of the best physics system I've ever used for a new one that really doesn't feel like real life at all. No idea why it's the official gt world challenge game cause it's not good at all. Please development just forget about this game and add new content to the old game. Bigger lobby's for multiplayer and improve the Ai. I must admit the new AI are better. You can see them looking for moves in the mirror but they are a bit twitchy sometimes at the start. I'd like to see a personal driver profile a bit like gt sport. I'd also like to see visual customisation. What would be best is to add a suggestion box on the old assetto and let the ideas fly in. New maps, cars, livery's and so on. Please development just listen to your audience, you made a fantastic game before this, all that had to be done was add a little more content every couple of months. Thank you for reading.
