I found it to be very good. Deep dive into the psychology of relationships. Unlettered cab driver with a wise understanding of human relationships and a young lady willing to share her deepest secrets with someone she will never meet again acting like a psychotherapist. Engaging: it held my interest rivetingly!

In my opinion I think that this is a very excellent psychodrama. The ghosts that “ haunt” the couple are their own imaginations turbocharged by survivors’ guilt caused by them escaping while having to leave their daughter behind running behind the departing truck. A young girl that they pretend is their daughter in order to board the truck drowns at sea compounding their guilt.. The couple each is tormented by their imagination and shelll shock due to the mental trauma they faced escaping from their war torn country. Ultimately they find peace having acknowledged their guilt and their mutual love transcends their survivors’ guilt and “banishes“ the ghosts.
