This show is very similar to Indian soap operas. There's blatant misogyny,violence against women, inconsistent characters and numerous plot holes. Worst of all is the fact that many female viewers are going crazy over the hero who psychologically abuses the heroine. He forces her to marry him, cheats on her ,doesn't let her go to university and slut shames her when he's a playboy himself. He only shows affection toward her when he wants her to sleep with him. He even pressures her to have kids with him despite her being only 19 years old. Shows like these brainwash women into thinking that they are lesser creatures and should stay with toxic men. Turkish viewers already hate women and shows like these only promotes this hatred.

The first eight episodes were great after which the show became a bit more clichéd. It started to remind me of what's wrong with secretary kim. The last two episodes were a disappointment. The second lead couple started looking better than the main leads. The ending was unsatisfying and couldn't compare with the ending for the webtoon. Also the sex scene between the male leads felt cringe worthy and forced.
