I loved this game growing up. It was so fun thrashing cyborgs. Ripping off their limbs and torso. Replacing your arms/legs with those of the opponents. It was really neat that after you defeat your opponent, you could reassemble them and fight them all over again. The sub-level designs were a bit repetitive, but overall the levels were really neat looking. The environmental traps could be frustrating, especially those huge gaps in the first levels. The move-set was extensive, and the special weapons were fun and creative. Overall, I spent many hours playing this masterpiece of the Sega Genesis era.
