The worst film in the Rambo series. First of all the corny plot sucked. Second the overdose scene was horribly unrealistic. First of all with any opiate/opioid overdose happens very fast. So fast in fact that a lot of people (not all) are found with the needle in their arm. They done just suddenly die 20 plus minutes later. Also they just don’t die anyway!!! With this type of OD the person would go into respiratory failure not just die!!! Then all the violence (which I like) is so over the top. What I mean by that is the special effects was over done that it looks completely fake for this day and age. Reminded me of watching Nightmare on Elm st. From the 1980’s. Thought it was one of the stupidest movies I have seen in a long time. Very disappointed being that I am a Rambo fan but a fan of this one
