My parents saw the movie when they were young years later they showed me and brother all 4 of the originals and Fully Loaded when we were kids and they were fantastic. I loved them as a kid and I still love them now, and it was these movies that made me want a VW Beetle. The Love Bug left a big impact on me as a kid and despite being born way way after it came out I can honestly say this movie is a Disney Masterpiece, one of my favorites.

Awdry and the classic Thomas show took itself seriously, This does nothing.

I have 100% Nostalgia for this movie because it's my childhood fav. But I grew older I learned about its flaws and how the general perception of Thomas changed after this. At one point I thought about ranking it really low but I just can't, it doesn't feel right to do so. What did work was good. They got the feel of classic Thomas correct and that's why many including me defend it over 20 years later. I say Magic Railroad was ok. As I said it's my childhood favorite and forever will be.
