The authentic Qing period costumes in all their beauty, opulence and luxury truly add to the breathtaking quality of the whole production. This is a period drama worth visiting, again and again.

The intricate and gorgeously designed costumes with beautiful setting and scenery is the perfect backdrop for the handsome warrior and his captivating heroine. The touchingly tender relationship portrayal by the two main couples is rare to find in such a fast-paced drama. This is a must watch drama!
