The remake could be called re-interpretation. I love how subtle it was.
But sometimes during the movie, I wonder if it is lost the main plot. This is beautifully made film with style. The horror was still there in gore. In conclusion, this 2018 version is melodrama horror, while the original version is cult-clsssic horror. And both are memorable.
