1 star reviews are sad to see...and are clearly from people who have never seen musical theatre on stage, or don't understand it. That critics are hating on this after fawning over LaLa Land makes me chuckle. Pish posh. Is it perfect? No...some of the CG is off, and I look forward to the cleaned-up version, but this is a great realization of one of the biggest stage shows ever. It is made with respect and adoration for the place that it came from. The choreo, acting and singing are top notch. Well worth seeing, particularly for lovers of musical theatre.
