I enjoyed Face the Nation before Margaret Brennan became the host. She has a near-hostile attitude toward her guests, especially those who are Democrats toward whom she often sounds accusatory. When Bob Schieffer subbed for Brennan on Easter, and she had one previously recorded interview, the difference in their abilities and interviewing styles was evident more than ever. I only watched Face the Nation because I read that Margaret Brennan was not hosting on Easter. I will not watch this program while she is the interviewer because of her hostile style..
