I started watching it just because I have lived in Andaman islands. But when I started watching it I was hooked to it. The characters are so life like. The ones you see in your everyday life. The dynamics between different people, representation on tribals, intersection between development and environment, everything comes in so naturally. Loved watching it. Waiting for season 2.

I rarely watch a film twice. This is one of those rare gems! Alia has given a stellar performance. The locations, songs, story are equally strong. Ranbir Hooda is so adorable in this role. Can't imagine anyone else doing better than this. A must watch and my favorite now.

Our partners ignore us and the world tells you to adjust. Such an amazing message. We don't know anymore what we want and don't value what we have. Loved this thought provoking movie. I started the movie just for timepass but got hooked to it after a while. Amazing acting and storytelling.

Love it for it's style, finesse and spell bound story telling. Omar is obviously great and an interesting plot keeps us engaged throughout. I wasn't bored even for a moment!

Horrible storytelling. Cotext had some potential but poor execution.

Overall the movie is an inspiring watch with good performances. If I just look at it as a movie I like everything about it. But when I think about the fact that it is based on real events, some parts are taking the movie away from reality like the part where the students fight the goons and save Anand Kumar in hospital. The makers wanted to put such larger than life scenes to just spice up the movie and take it far from reality. It's good to know what happened in real and how they deal with it.

Brilliant performances by Anushka and Varun as simpleton folk from village searching for identity. This movie was more portrayed through body language and expressions than the dialogues. Kudos to the whole team to bring such strong social issues to the forefront. Must watch!
