I’ve never been one to cry over books, BUT DANGGGGG, I cried 3 times... I’ve never cried over a book before, Charlie really got to me. I haven’t self harmed, but this helped me understand a bit in what it’s like to deal with so much trauma. I picked up this book in the bookstore just for a quick read for school, but I did not know how good it would be!!! I actually just started reading it, and pretty much had it finished within 42 hours... I started reading it for an essay in one of my classes, I think I might make the teacher cry just by talking about Charlie’s life. I’ve never read a better book. 100/10 deeply recommended!!!
