I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. And then I grew to appreciate how refreshing it was to have a wholesome show that the whole family could enjoy that is not a summertime show. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn’t wait for the next reveal. I’m still in shock that the Peacock was not “Weird Al” Yankovic I would’ve bet $1 billion! But Donnie Osmond he is the bomb! He is the real deal and a stellar showman. All the while commuting back-and-forth to Vegas for his show every evening after he taped in California. The wig clue was a dead giveaway referencing Joseph and the amazing Technicolor dream coat that we totally missed! So obvious in hindsight. The judges were wonderful and showed their vulnerability and they’re tender side which is very lovely. Instead of being cynical and judgmental and mean they were grateful and appreciative. Such a breath of fresh air. I hope the show comes back for a second season. By the way, the costumes were out of this world.
