It strikes me as absurd - the characters are weak and unrealistic. What are they trying to do...change history, level the playing field??? Love the costumes. I do love this period. Segues are uncomfortably confusing and don’t make sense let alone materialize into an interesting development. The idea had potential-was looking for Downton Abbey quality-sadly, it was lacking substance in characters and plot.
