I ended up screaming 'I hate this' out loud about once every three minutes. They not only tell you Butler's name, but they tell you that if you call him Butler he will hurt you. This is only the first of sooooooo many errors that make no sense. What is the story they are even trying to tell? And they put Opal's name in the subtitles!
