Honestly, it is so refreshing to see the girls do a show like this. Seeing how they have a decade of experience in the industry and also being very young, they know how to approach the newer generation with tips and advices regarding their voice and talents. It's also the fact that they are giving new and upcoming artist a chance to shine in an industry that mostly overlook them. As a mixer, I'm very happy and may this show shine a light towards everyone that's up and coming, as the girls from Little Mix know what they are doing. This really is a breath of fresh air!
