I think the picture shown tonight on the news of the father and daughter who supposedly drowned swimming the Rio Grande River raises a major and potentially disturbing question--when was the picture taken? Did the first responders stop and take a picture instead of checking to see if either one was breathing or could be revived? If they did first offer assistance--did they return the father and daughter to the water, face down to take the picture? What am I missing here?
