It's in my top 5 all-time favorite series. It's fantastic at face value and it's even better when you factor in metaphors and parallels. I cried during the final episode. I will miss those quirky endearing chatacters and I also saw the paradoxical end. Love triumphs in ALL things. So perfect!

I like Lara as host. Her personality is bold and it works. Not all contestants take her suggestions and I've seen at least 1 really flip a good profit. Lara had fun with their success. But my biggest complaint, having watched only half a season so far, is most of the flips are the same: bars, coffee tables, end tables- most of the time. Yet they are all unique so everyone's creativity still intrigues me. There have been occasional cool transformational lamps, too.
