Bad movie. Waste of time. Culturally inappropriate. Would not recommend it. Waste of money and time. Mushu wasn't there. Li Shang wasn't there either. This is coming from a wasian half Chinese person. Everyone I know was excited for the first Chinese princess real-life remake on Disney, and we were all disappointed by the movie when it came out. The movie was boring and they were lazy when coming to the details of the movie they took out lots of classic scenes from the animated movie and the fan scene and Mulan cutting her hair with a sword, and the dramatic makeup look in the remake movie was culturally inappropriate and uncultured.
