The PC BBC are at it again. This could have been a good drama but their obsession for diversity is insulting. I’m absolutely fine when ethnic characters are represented in so many of our modern day dramas but this is more like positive discrimination. It’s historically inaccurate with some poor characters who wouldn’t have behaved that way in that period. How did those two polish guys manage to bump into the British army in what we thought was a Polish forest? The Polish aspect to it is otherwise good to see and people should be made more aware that the country suffered absolutely terribly during WW2 Some of the battle scenes looked quite realistic to me, but the CGI of the warships was poor by today’s standards. I don’t mind watching it, but it’s really not that great.
