There is a distinct difference between slow burn and boring. Too often lately movie makers are not able to distinguish the two. This movie had potential and had some creepy moments. Unfortunately it is equivalent to the found footage documentary film style. Where one or two creepy things happen in 90 minutes before 10 minutes of reveal at the end. It’s why I never trust critic movie reviews.

I have seen some bad horror movies that are enjoyable. This is not 1 of them. Everyone in this movie is annoying to the point of destroying any enjoyment of the movie. It was a creative storyline updated for the digital age. The execution failed miserably.

Special effects were decent. By far the worst Marvel universe movie. They have officially destroyed one of my favorite characters. His aunt knows he is Spider-Man? MJ is some morbid depressive wannabe goth chick? I am utterly dumbfounded by the high reviews for this terrible movie.

I have completed up to getting the Atlas base opened up. The game is underwhelming to say the least. I still play Borderlands 2 and the reason is the intensity of the game. The characters are loud and over the top, in your face. The humor is dark and sarcastic. The guns were powerful and specific. BL3 contains no excitement, the gameplay is sluggish, and the humor is flat. I am continuing to play it however as excited as I was about its release I am wishing I had no bought it at full price. Maybe it will get better when other characters appear in the story. The new guy Vaughn is the equivalent of Jar-Jar Binks. He has way to much dialogue to be as unfunny as he is written. Personally I would give it 5 out of 10 stars. The graphics are much improved but the color seems muted. If the storyline gets better it might improve my playing time. Here’s hoping.
