The defense council “lead by akshay Khanna” convince the court that the blanket collected from crime scene having semen of accuse was withhold for 5 days by PSI breaching the chain of custody norms hence it could be contaminated and tampered therefore can’t be accepted as a vital evidence against the accused! With this flaw the defense is asking acquittal of accused.. oh ok what about the vaginal swab? Finding semen and male pubic hair matching that of accuse! is that tampered too?? If not then what is the point? Just Misleading the court using a corrupt police officer act denying justice to the victim? Not convincing plot till this stage however in later part writer convinced the audience that it’s a revenge
