Honestly, this book had some values point but mainly very unhelpful. It seemed to contradict itself ALOT and overall just made me confused. Another thing is its written in a way that only ancient people can truly understand and not a 22 year old girl that just want genuine simple advice. They tried to throw big words in it to make it sound more convincing but just no lol... anyways after just finishing the book, I am left disappointed and super confused.
